RMLA Northland : Case Law Update Road Show
This road show will provide an update on the latest decisions from the High Court and higher courts that impact environmental practitioners. She’ll also provide an update on decisions subject to appeal at the time of her last roadshow, and cover interesting “errors of law” as found by the High Court.
