Facing heavy workloads, changing government requirements, and staff changes in the public sector can make life stressful. NZPI invites RMLA members to learn how to handle these challenges.

O'Donis Person will deliver a session on how we can better survive and hopefully thrive in the current atmosphere.  O'Donis is an experienced mental health nurse and practitioner, who will take attendees through practical tips and strategies for dealing with peaks in stress, things we can't control, uncertainty, and uncomfortable change.


Learning outcomes:

  • How to manage short term but intense stress/pressure

  • Coping with what you can't control

  • Dealing with uncertainty and uncomfortable change
