On 28 March 2024, RMLA received a letter from Hon. Chris Bishop which sought our input into the second of two Bills, which would amend the Resource Management Act 1991.

Minister Bishop this morning wrote to the RMLA and other stakeholders with an update on the Government’s work to amend the RMA and their three phase approach.
