Becoming a member involves is an online process involving:
1. creating a personal membership account; and
2. placing an online order for a membership subscription.
Upon check out you will receive an order confirmation for your subscription as well as a notification to ‘verify account’. Once your account is verified you will receive a tax invoice receipt for your records.
Important
Please ensure you do verify account as (a) it provides authorisation to charge the card provided; and (b) it adds you our email database to receive our weekly News Brief and other RMLA communications and announcements.
Note that de-selecting “accept marketing” means you will not receive any RMLA communications including the weekly News Brief.
Some emails from RMLA end up in peoples’ junk folders. If you are missing emails from us, please check and add our email address (info@rmla.org.nz) to you organisation’s whitelist.

Simply add your credit or debit card at check out to enable fee payment. Your membership fee may be a claimable expense - ask your employer if they will reimburse you. Remember to update your card details if they ever change.

Renewal is a simple automatic process annually. We’ll remind you in advance of the upcoming renewal fee coming off your card.
If you need to cancel then:
login to your account
click on “manage subscription”
click on “cancel”
If you need to change credit card details then:
login to your account
click on “manage subscription”
click on “payment method”
update your payment details.

Your membership subscription is linked to the email address we have on file, which acts as your unique identifier in our system. This is how we recognise your membership, manage access to member services, and keep your subscription history accurate. If you are changing email address, particularly due to a change of employment, please update your details in advance to avoid any disruption to your membership access or communications.
Click Sign in to log into your account.
Click Account, then click Profile.
Click your current email address.
In the New field, enter your new email address.
In the Confirm new field, enter the new email address again.
Click Save.
Watch for an email to verify the change to your new email address. Click Verify email in the message to complete the process.
The verification email is valid for 48 hours. If you need more time to verify your email address, you can return to the Email panel and click Resend verification email.
If you have already left your previous place of employment and have not changed your email address in advance, please contact us.
