EDS calls government intervention “another offensive in the war on nature”

Last week the Minister for Resource Management Reform, Chris Bishop, announced that the government would be intervening, yet again, to prevent councils from progressing environmental protections under the Resource Management Act.

Environmental Defence Society CEO Gary Taylor says this is extremely unwelcome and yet another salvo in this government’s war on nature.
