EPA marks significant achievements and milestones

The Environmental Protection Agency’s latest annual report marks progress in their mission to protect people and the environment while supporting sustainable economic growth.

EPA Chief Executive Dr Allan Freeth says “Fast-track consenting continues to play a key role in accelerating infrastructure, development, and housing projects that support New Zealand’s growth. Our contribution to this streamlined process has enabled timely decision-making, which has been instrumental in supporting the country’s economy.”
