Government Releases New Planning Bill and Natural Environment Bill
The wait is over and the details are out.
Today Minister Chris Bishop and Under-Secretary Simon Court have introduced the signalled two new Bills: the Planning Bill and the Natural Environment Bill.

RMLA welcomes the introduction of the new Bills and looks forward to getting into the details. We will advocate for our members to seek to ensure that the Bills are workable and enduring.
