RMA National Direction updates
The Government has introduced a further two amended national direction instruments to add to three new and seven amended instruments approved in December 2025:
Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Electricity Transmission and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Activities) Amendment Regulations 2026
Resource Management (Stock Exclusion) Amendment Regulations 2026.
The instruments were notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 9 April 2026.
